Sri Bhagvan Speaks On Youth and SuccessSri Bhagavan says : The hope of any country is its youth. Throughout human history, if there has been any transformation, it has been brought about by the youth. Confucius brought transformation in China, Socrates in
Greece, Gandhi in India, with the help of the youth. It is youth who can bring transformation. So the future of this nation is in your hands.For this, the three important sadhanas you have to do are:1. Loving yourself2. setting right your relationships3. discovering desires from the heartThe basic thing you have to learn in the course is "you must accept and love yourself." This is the first foundation.The second thing is you should "set right your relationships with your parents", which means loving, serving and respecting your parents.Now, if you observe your life, the whole universe is involved in it. Your parents are behaving in a certain manner. Their behaviour depends on their past lives, how they are conceived etc. They are helpless. You have no right to judge them. You have to accept them as they are. You must love them, serve them and respect them. By doing this, your relationship will be in order. By not judging, the relationship is in order, the heart flowers. If your heart flowers, it will synchronize with the Earth’s heart. When these two synchronize, you will have good health, good things will happen to you. Grace flows. This is what the youth have to achieve.When you go back home you must serve, respect and love your parents. Then you will have all the blessings in the world. My grace will come hundred percent to you. You will get through your exams, marriage…., you will achieve all that you want to achieve. Your life will be a grand success. But if you fail here, it is going to come back as different problems. Children, jobs, accidents, diseases…this is the root of all problems. If you handle this, everything is handled. This is how the Dharma helps you to handle your problems.The third thing is you must "discover the desires of your heart".Is desire good or bad? Some of you say desires are good, some of you say desires are bad! 2500 years ago, Buddha gave up desires, gave up his kingdom, did penance, got enlightenment. His message to the world was, desire is the root cause of suffering, give up desires. Buddha actually made two statements. The desires of the heart are perfectly fine. The desires of the mind should be given up. Your desires must come from the heart. I will fulfill them. If you feel, how nice it will be to go in a car. If this desire is from the heart, it is going to be fulfilled - be 100% sure. Suppose your neighbour is going in a nice car, and you desire for a better car, it is from the mind. It is not good. It cannot be fulfilled, so you must discover the desires of your heart
